As builders, we understand that remodel projects can be labor intensive whether you may need an entire overhaul or just a refresh in your space.
We would love to consult you and help you with that process!
OUR CONSULTING PROCESS:
To get started:
Submit a Request below with a few details of the project you have in mind. We will contact you to set up a meeting for a consultation.
At that meeting:
We will need to know what you desire for your space (repainting? adding trim work? new lighting? organizing? purchasing new decor items or furniture?) We will also need your desired budget and other parameters we will be working within.
Once our consultation fee of $125 has been paid, we will return a design bid and plan for your project. Once all parties agree to the designs, then we will move forward in whatever capacity that may be for the project.
We operate on a cost plus 15% basis. Other monetary structures may be considered depending on the project. Financing offered!
